In alignment with NAPRA guidelines and for the safety of our patients, EASTVIEW PEOPLES PHARMACY maintains the following refund policy:
 

1. Prescription Medications
 

Due to regulatory standards and health considerations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for dispensed prescription medications.
 

2. Over-the-Counter (OTC) Products & Medical Supplies
 

  • Eligibility: Unopened and unused products, in original packaging, may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.

  • Process: Present the item and receipt at our pharmacy for assessment.

  • Exclusions: Certain health products and personal care items may be non-returnable due to hygiene and safety concerns.
     

3. Defective or Incorrect Items
 

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days. We will arrange for an exchange or refund, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
